Congrats, you've made a great decision! You're about to go through the process of getting custom shoes. It's our goal to make it easy and to create the best possible design and print providing you with the most special, unique, one-of-a-kind pair of sneakers ever seen!
All you gotta do is select your size, color, and upload the pics you want. Then, provide us with a description of how you want the design - or, like many people, simply leave it up to us. Our designers love that.
Even if you saw a shoe you like online somewhere, but don't have the art files, no worries! Just upload a screen shot of what you saw, and we'll do the rest!
Because each pair is custom made, there are no returns or exchanges for any reason. Please make sure you are ordering the correct size before finalizing your order.
A few things to remember:
Your photos should be 100 DPI or better
We accept standard image types- JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP, PSD, PDF, AI
If you want to add words, we can do that for you. Just give us the details in the design notes.
Once proof approved please allow 3-7 business days for printing and shipping
Please make sure you ordered the right size! Since our products are all custom made, there are no refunds or exchanges for the wrong size.
